I have the same problem with chapter 4, section 5 as I had for the timing of vital signs - see my comments on that section.

Duplicate with #70-- section uses same modeling approach. Agree that modeling does not obviously include q30 min modeling. Refer to modeling team for review and correction if appropriate.
