Who does the "externalData" ELM queries? #82

Who is doing the terminology associated with these external data queries, and subsequent validation? Some of the terminology in this section is not evident in the validation report or the TSR spreadsheet.

@kthlnkeating - this is a serious concern for the Program Office. If there are additional terminology that was incorporated in the KNART outside of the terminology content captured in the TSR then how can we trust its provenance?

Need specific example where coded concept was not in TSR. The ones we saw were in the TSR. Please always provide specific example.

All terminology is provided by the terminology team. If there was an instance where terminology was not in the TSR it's because it is common and reused same terms agreed to by the terminology team. This will happen for the applicability & external data sections most frequently.
