Add support for Moodle group mode #9

Together with the HS Hannover and Synergy Learning, we are planning to contribute the following enhancement:

Respect Moodle's group mode setting by providing seperate documents for each group (if group mode is active).

Implement support for the "visible groups" setting as well as for the "separate groups" setting.

(This is one of the tasks resulting from the general idea that I presented in #5.)
