Pattern names are broken in the output when using the editor or the Windows console #6

They are supposed to be bold, but the editor text box and the Windows console don't support the magic sequence for bold text, so it looks like:

Basic scarf with 5 repeats

I think this would be easier to fix the right way (not, like, disabling bold text altogether) if #7 is completed first.
