project manage can now inject patches from any imported project into a new renoise song file. huge update for renoise converter

side chain support via metaplugin
instrument refactor, each has its own channel
support for instrument track routing
instrument automations can now be on any track also fixed bug with project manager where spaces in folder name fuxxed playback

Admittedly it's a bit hard to review so much meaningfully in parts of the converter that I don't know very well, but what I can see looks good and the results speak for themselves.
