This checks if Ren'Py has a missing _menu variable that is set to False.

Should mitigate some build issues.

Fix here should now package DDCC in Ren'Py correctly with voices and removes bugs encountered during the game due to missing assets. Package will be literally the released DDCC copy but with changes made to building and running outside of .rpa for users wanting to create a scenario with all DDLC assets already in place.

Please DON'T CHANGE the config.version variable, This is set by Travis automatically. Just set the version on the GitHub Release!
