Update of script-sayomania.rpy by CPG Yuri

Hello! This is CPG Yuri's Github account. I had updated the DDCC "Sayomania" in my Doki Forces: April Fools mod, so I'm replacing the contents of the script with the updated one from the other mod.

What's changed?

• Added a comment to the commented header explaining that SEGA and Sonic Team lets you use Sonic the Hedgehog content to do fan games and fan mods and rom hacks, so you don't get afraid of copyright claim or C&D letters.
• Changed the song of Tee Lopes to a fan remix of a Sonic CD song that I got permission to use recently (look at Neil García's comment in the video), with the corresponding credits in the commented header.
• Changed the script lines of dialogue to the proofread ones by halibabica.
• Removed the traceback file writing.
• Added a sudden stop and resuming of the music in Monika's "You left her hanging..." line.
• Since the punchline of the script is Sonic hanged from his ankle instead of dead Sayori, I shortened MC's ending lines.

This is accepted, but due to some changes with Travis and other file changes, these changes are being accepted under #34 and #33
