This adds a basic credits screen to the menu. Feel free to make it Fancier

To do this I did the following:

Added an author attribute to the Skit class
Went through all 13 submissions and defined their author as whatever the person named themselves in their comment.
Added credits_screen(), which is just two vboxes, one with Skit.name, one with Skit.author
Added a credits button to the menu that shows that screen
