I'm actually not clear if the Kurate demo will allow replies with staking and voting. If so, does a demoted reply "lose" reputation for the replier?

By the way, I would add: "If demoted, you will lose 3 REP."

I saw this from your other suggestion and I like this, I would keep this

"[...] If demoted, you will lose your staked REP."
