[DESIGN] Waiting #203

We need to add some waiting feedback for some actions that will not be immediate (create persona, submit post, submit replies, etc.)

This is what we discussed with @vojtechsimetka

  1. after clicking the button (i.e. "Submit") the button will have an animated state with a loader animation inside
  2. if the wait is longer than we have a separate page with a loader and some text to explain what's happening
