Is this framework could be used to develop an application with Unity3D?

Myo already has a separate package developed specifically for unity, you would want to use that instead. See this blog post: http://developerblog.myo.com/setting-myo-package-unity/ You can download everything from here: https://developer.thalmic.com/start/

Thank U for the rapid answer. But the fact is I am want to develop my application in Javascript in Unity 3D. Unfortunately the myo package avalaible is in C#

It should work, as long as you run the myodaemon app separately (OSX only). Although I didn't try this setup yet.
