Email Service

Implement fully independent service for send mails:

• REST API for manage
• Using localhost only for connection to SMTP server
• Set all correct headers
• Handle tracker picture request and update email status
• API Auth

Test email sent and it works fine. I will improve the rest in separate tickets.
