Missing option --syslog-facility #227

I would like to have the syslog facility configurable via an option like --syslog-facility facility. With this option i've been able to forward the syslog messages to the right team, without even looking at the message itself. Such option would be especially great for host with more the one syslog sender, where I will not be able to filter on the sender IP-address.

@thl-cmk Would you test v2.7.0 release? --syslog-facility option is added as you suggested.
