Hotfix - restrict CI tests to ASE v3.22.1 until codebase is checked. #162

Changing the yaml files so that the CI tests run on all branches - no need for this to be limited to main any more (as we don't allow direct merges).
Once pulled, this will allow us to debug ASE v3.23.0 integration outside of main
