Centromere Status Checker and Modular HumAS-HMMER Workflow

• Renamed get_reverse_cens.py to check_cens_status.py.
• Changed check_cens_status.py to check if centromeres are mismapped, reversed, and partially assembled.
• Added ability to read the output of centromere status workflow and sort mismapped centromeres.
• Changed HumAS-HMMER workflow to use a module-based approach that runs each sequence in parallel rather than a loop.
• Fixed repeatStructure_onlyRM.R from merging plots if too few contigs are provided.
