5 months ago - Changed merged plot by moving histogram to bottom of plot to avoid issues with ModDotPlot proportions.
- Fixes #43
- Changed colors for HOR monomer annotations.
- Removed filter rule and moved command to inside plotting rule.
- Fixed coordinate mismatch for RepeatMasker satellite annotations with reverse-complemented contigs.
- Fixed differing themes for plot and histogram.
