Removed renamed_ctgs.smk.
- Resolves #45
Updated Snakemake-NucFlag workflow also to take fofn dir with nucflag.hifi_reads_fofn_dir option.
- Resolves #58
Bumped Snakemake-NucFlag workflow to v0.1.0.
Changed workflow so large intermediate files are temporary.
- Resolves #59
