Drop logstash_forwarder job and logstash-forwarder package? #87

I propose dropping the logstash_forwarder job and the related logstash-forwarder package. We initially created them for forwarding log files to another logsearch cluster. Since then, we've generally moved away from logstash-forwarder given other bugs we hit with it, and now we're using logsearch-shipper to forward the logs from these and other deployments. I'd rather drop this than maintain it or imply we'll maintain it.
