Document prefer pasting file #102

Its been mentioned a couple of times that option Prefer pasting file are confusing and could benefit from being documented. This issue is created for tracking porpuses.

Hi. Looks like this is in reference to https://discord.com/channels/725182569297215569/725188616695054356/1113877157521916005 . If so, seems like it'd be better to explain the config option in the settings UI itself with a tippy icon like we do with "Preferred date format"

@logseq-cldwalker yes. The question was asked before as well. I do agree that a tooltip/hint in the settings UI would be a better fit for the Preferred date format. will submit a PR for it Soon™️.
