[WIP] Translate to simplified Chinese #17

steps:

  1. add title:: value to page as alias. E.g title:: 入门. Don't rename the page file. Because we can't clearly compare with English page by differen filename.
  2. Translate the page.

I'm going to close this as we aren't planning on migrating to a different language for the docs. This PR is also fairly old. If you'd like to maintain a translation of docs, we could link to your graph. Thanks to https://github.com/pengx17/logseq-publish, it is easy to deploy and host logseq graphs for free on github
