Shortcuts to move blocks Up / Down in the tree #110

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We should be able to move blocks up/down quickly to reorganize the outliner's hierarchy (as in DYnalist, RemNote, Workflowy). A key part of an outliner should be easy navigation & reorganizing of the nodes .

Describe the solution you'd like assign CTRL UP / CTRL DOWN (or CTRL ALT UP / CTRL ALT DOWN) to quickly move blocks up/down as in Dynalist / RemNote

Describe alternatives you've considered currently, cut'n pasting is a slow and unelegant workaround

Additional context the inability to move blocks up & down added to the slightly unreliable keyboard selection tools (selecting blocks with the keyboard lead to weird behaviors at times) adds friction / break the workflow / make operations cumbersome.

Otherwise Logseq is a VERY promising app with great features so far !

@cannibalox Thank you for trying Logseq and creating this feature request! This feature will be added soon, it's a part of #79, let's track the process there and I'll close this issue for now. :smile:
