Whiteboards not providing backlink for the other page (page does not contain incoming backling in References list). #9983

What Happened?

When I create backlink on my whiteboard to some page - it doesnt appear in the backlinked page. Reindex not helping. I was lucky to notice that - because it would be very dissapointed that app is not doing its job (backlinking correctly) and to lose any of connected pages.

Expected Behavior

I am waiting/expecting to see backlink in my page from the whiteboard.

Important observation (additional info):

If i type some text in the block (on the Whiteboard) then the backlink gets back to normal UNTIL I Re-index graph/vault again....

Thanks for the report. I confirmed that linked references from whiteboard blocks are not listed when we re-index our graph.

I have the same problem, the first time i set up the link/reference in a block on a whiteboard it will show in my graph. But after re-index it's not connected in the graph. Which is a big issue because it makes whiteboards unable to fit into the workflow.
