delete abandoned logseq-dynamic-lookup plugin #586

As noted in #585, I am not using Logseq anymore and can't maintain the plugin logseq-dynamic-lookup.

There are alternatives to achieve similar things. Forks are also welcome, but don't exist at the moment with a willing alternative maintainer.

Resolves #585.
