Add docker support #29

Provide docker support for those who want to use CI without configuring the environment.

@L-Trump Hi. Thanks for trying to contribute this. This issue has come up before at https://github.com/logseq/publish-spa/issues/5. I'll reiterate what I mentioned there. This repo is meant to be light weight and has no need for docker. I think having this as a separate repo would be helpful to the community and encourage this feature to be maintained by those who are actively using it. I'd be happy to link to your repo in the readme and ping you if I'm aware of dependencies that require updating

@logseq-cldwalker Hi! I just built the Docker image for publishing Logseq SPA and pre-built it using ghcr.io. The final image size is at ~800MB. See https://github.com/L-Trump/logseq-publish-docker . :D

Great! I've added it to the readme and I'll announce it on the next publish-spa release
