Any plan to port this codec forward to logstash 6?

there is a community made plugin https://github.com/ashangit/logstash-codec-sflow already which you can use. This repo was created to migrate this user's plugin, but no one has taken this task.

be advised that the community plugin referenced above does not work with most versions of V6 - see https://github.com/ashangit/logstash-codec-sflow/issues/16.

it is unclear if there is any available plugin or workaround for handling sflow inputs.

@jsvd what would be the process to move this codec here? Never had any feedback from this query https://github.com/elastic/logstash/issues/4809 I don't have time anymore to maintain this plugin and also not working on this kind of stack. I would be happy to move it to the community if some would need it/participate to maintain it.
