Update index.asciidoc #140

After needing to use the split mutate I was getting an error with the provided code snippet. I'm new to Logstash, but I think I'm on a very recent version since I'm using the provided Helm chart to deploy it. After adding square brackets around the root element the Exception went away. I hope this correction saves someone else the headache of trying to figure out why this wasn't working.
