[DOCS] Document network ports used by this plugin #87

In order to work properly in air-gapped environments, the host where Logstash is running with the Azure Event Hub input requires:

tcp/443 outbound
tcp/5671 and tcp/5672 outbound

We need to clarify this in the documentation

Hello @karenzone Sorry for the direct ping but I am unable to add a label to notify the docs team (I do not have the permissions?). This change is not urgent but it would be cool to integrate in the docs.
