Include support for proxy environments #6

There is no setting for proxy or proxy_uri as found in many other logstash plugins. This can prevent users who are behind a proxy from accessing the Google resources. This would be a great addition to the plugin.

Is there any workaround for this issue ? Would JVM-level proxy settings do the trick ?
