Ignore objects in Glacier deep archive #177

Different storage class (DEEP_ARCHIVE) to standard Glacier (GLACIER).

looks like the CI system is broken for some other reason?

@alexjurkiewicz If you rebase against latest, the CI issue should be resolved

glacier (timed) restore is expected to be implemented (https://github.com/logstash-plugins/logstash-input-s3/pull/197) and available since 3.5.0
