move initialisation of events to a dedicated method
add initialisation of events that are flushed from a stateful codec like multiline
the issue can be reproduced by using the multiline input codec: the last line needs to be flushed explicitly, but the initialisation of the resulting event was missing (e.g setting the s3 key)
this fixes #187
