Refactoring: update mixin-aws version to reuse shared code to manage `additional_settings` #237

Refactoring, starting from version 5.1.0 of mixin-aws it includes the shared logic for symbolization of additional_settings, this commit updates the dependency and fix the code to reuse that.

Hi @kares, I would ask you review on this, because you also have the complete view after the review of the original refactoring PR on logstash-mixin-aws let me know if you think this is eligible for a new release of the plugin or not.
