The plugin relies on user configuration of a number of fields, if possible we should provide ECS defaults:

event.id
md5_field
[@metadata][input][sqs][event][hash][md5]
sent_timestamp_field
@timestamp
NOTE: there's no existing conflicts with ECS since no defaults are provided for these fields.
