Add current_connections and peak_connections stats to TCP Input

This is a draft and requires:

[ ] Verify this works
[ ] Add unit test
[ ] Check the effect on the Stack Monitoring
[ ] Check interaction with Beats input stats (as it uses TCP input behind the scenes)
