Since http and java protocols are not in the same plugin anymore, we do not need to normalize the bulk responses to retrieve the error statuses of each action in the bulk request. This will enable easier logging and fewer code.

code is being re-used now. closing since this is not exactly relevant with regards to the new architecture.
