SSL ciphers presented by plugin is inadequate #29

Logstash Version: 7.5.2 Plugin Version: 3.1.7

Currently, the set of ciphers available for use my this plugin is constrained by the ciphers available in jruby-openssl, which currently consists only of CBC ciphers.
