Manually tested sending logs to Better Stack with example-project, works like a charm 🎉

@PetrHeinz thanks for your work on this gem. It would be absolutely lovely to either have proper tags / release with release notes or a Changelog, since every update meant to hunt down the commits so far. Granted it's pre-1.0 times, so absolutely fair as is :)
