It depends on what are you going to do on ComfyUI. I use Flux and Mochi, and my 16gb RTX GEFORCE is not enough. So I'm upgrading it today to 24gb GEFORCE RTX 3090 and the power supply to 750w, that it's what I can pay for. Maybe in 3 months, I'll need to buy a 60gb card. As a business, comfyUI is a great resource, as a recreational user, like me, this is a pretty expensive hobby.

I mean does mochi video to video support cpu offloading

I believe the answer is no. But I will download the nodes for Mochi vid2vid tomorrow. I didn't have the time today. I have run Comfy on CPU just once, in a simple task, and it was extremely slow, so I haven't tried again. You can ask comfy on https://www.comfy.org/waitlist for early access to Comfy Desktop V1, if it is a webapp, it changes the game. But it will not be local.
