Unable to Pack file #10

Hello, I can unpack file without problem. but I am having a issue of unable to Pack files. it will always pop up an Error window saying that the file is not writable. I have tried running with admin and giving full access to file permission. still does not work. Error message

Probably the default output destination is forbidden to write. Please output the packed file to another location such as Document and then move it to the package directory.

Hello, I have tried saving it to varies places C: drive, D: drive, documents, downloads, Desktop. External hardware. non seems to allow me to pack the file... :(

Isn't the content you are trying to pack present on your network or in use by another application?
