Problem with datasources docs

Currently some datasources (endpoint, account) docs are copied over from the resource docs.

I think the schema is mostly the same and i've gotten it to work, but it's not a fun experience if you don't wanna read go code to check the attributes to use for search.

We refactored the docs. If you find more mismatched docs, please let us know in a new issue :)
