[Feature] Support localisation in generated DBC/SQL files. #3

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Suffix generation now only allows generating for enUS clients. In theory support for this is possible as ItemRandomSuffix.dbc has columns that accept strings for other localisations

Describe the solution you'd like edit the suffix generator to accept names in other languages

Edit the default yaml config file and regenerate the DBCs + SQL files
