Missing hr.txt (Connection failed: Galaxy Watch 3 LTE) #4

You must indicate your Platform (Windows / Linux / MacOS) and your version.

Windows 10 Build 2004

What you were expecting from the program ?

Create hr.txt after pressing Start on the Watch.

What you actually get from the program ?

No hr.txt

Computers specs (CPU / RAM / Network Config)

Galaxy Watch 3 LTE
Connected to S9+ Phone Hotspot
Acer Aspire Laptop (CPU: Intel Core i5-6300HQ | RAM: 8GB DDR4)
Also Connected to S9+ Phone Hotspot, Firewall disabled.
(Also Tried with normal Home Wifi)

Is there a Debug Mode on the Watch to see Logs or smth?

Fixed: Dont start the .exe inside the obs-html-files Folder

Edit: That didnt fixed the issue bcs of the missing html files now, but somehow its working after starting the .exe inside the obs-html-folder.. dont know why it didnt worked before.
