IE9 scrolling pauses #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
> When im scrolling down or up, the scroll paused at every second (to the next 
second).
It's *nearly* smooth on the other browsers.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
> lastest version, Windows Vista Business Edition, 64bit, hungarian language, 
Internet Explorer 9 (hun). (hardware: Intel Core 2 Quad 3GHz, 8GByte RAM)
