What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. startTime: '01:00:00:00'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected 00:23:59:59, but is showed 00:29:59:59

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Lastest from here. Mac Os Mountain Lion
