Hours do not reset appropriatly. #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put startTime: '01:00:00:05'
2. wait for 5 seconds
3. Hours become 29 instead of 23. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Hours don't show correctly.

Please provide any additional information below.
Sometimes it resets of 49. I don't think this is expected behavior.
