Stuck on loading screen when entering portal

1. What is the technical error you are experiencing?
Every time I try to gain access to the portal as I normally would the loading 
screen just stays on continuously.
2. What steps will reproduce the problem?
Trying to enter the portal.
3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the playlist(Most viewed etc.). Instead see never ending loading 
screen.
4. What version number of Navi-X are you using?
3.7.8. And ive also tried 3.7.7 and 3.7.6 with no joy.
5. What media center platform, version and operating system are you using?
I have the issue with Raspbmc(latest version) and Windows PC(3.7.6/3.7.7/3.7.8).
6. Please provide any additional information below:
One day on boot the RPi just didnt want Navi-X to work so I tried various 
versions on Windows PC with no luck. Not sure if this is relevant but I tried 
to follow the link which displays at the top of the page when in Navi-X via my 
web browser. The link only goes as far as 'Playlists' and then no further i.e. 
Home playlist not present.

Ive tried to search for similar issues on the forum however any that sounded 
the same had been made invalid or were simply left unfixed.
Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
