that any string navi x not work, black screen #275

1. What is the technical error you are experiencing?
    when I go to a chain navi x, I have a black screen. 
    or as a string (best movie) I sound without the image.
2. What steps will reproduce the problem?

3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

4. What version number of Navi-X are you using?
    3.7.8
5. What media center platform, version and operating system are you using?
    windows 7-64 bits
