cannot log in navi x #279

1. What is the technical error you are experiencing?

the naVI-X Cannot log in/ stuck after i open the nAV-XTREME PORTAL
IT SAY: "PLEASE WAIT..." FOR ALL DAY' AND I HAVE NOT HAVINIG ANY PROBLEM WITH 
CONNECTING TO THE INTERNAT
2. What steps will reproduce the problem?
downloud navi x/ open from zip/ enter navi x/ please wait....
3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to see the portel
4. What version number of Navi-X are you using?
 THE Last one : 37_8
5. What media center platform, version and operating system are you using?
MX808B 4.2.2
6. Please provide any additional information below:

Seems like the last few weekends you cannot log into Navi-x on the Boxee. 
The app keeps trying to access and does not.
