10 months ago If it's not in already, I suggest the doctor to mention about changed diet and his recommendations, perhaps people will try to look for help at Skeida, NPCs there should tell you to visit the doctor first (of any matter, not just SMV) if you have any problems/symptoms. Not sure how it is now, but I think the food hurting you is the only indication something is off to point you to visiting the doctor, perhaps adding more and more often coughting, and green spores flying around you when it does, (perhaps some additional overlay indicator). Perhaps if you have more serious symptoms, every NPC should have a unique opening dialogue, mentioning that we're not looking so good and should visit the doctor. Example for Samuel "<name> my precious customer, you're not looking so good! What can I do for you?"

Please add more info on disease. Like:
i was running around and eating junk to survive, now i have 19hp, fungal disease (2days to die), zero RM. not everybody likes to restart game especially when i collected so many bottles to get first tenant.
i understand getting rid of disease is hard. there should be way to continue playing, cheaper medicine. i like this game but i dread thinking that i have to restart many times....
