7 months ago I'd say "tightens" is more appropriate word for the context state of a border control.
"Open Sewer" is an officially used name tho, it's seen on the passport as "Obenseuer • Open Sewer", it's engraved into the coins and I think this is also the term the overlords use in official documents regarding Turnip Hill and Obenseuer. Plus OSTV could be some third party network, not obligated to use proper name.
There, however, is no station named "Open Sewer", only "Obenseuer" on the transit map.
The television screen in Kolhola A11 is displaying a tv guide. (I forgot to put write the building down, think Kolhola is correct.) There are a few typos/mistranslations for the English language. The below image shows the corrections, attempting to keep the intended words.

NOTE: The title and Channel 179 was changed from Open Sewer to Obenseuer. Anything formal mentioning the district should use "Obenseuer." This is more of a nitpick, and I don't think most people would even notice or care.
Channel 190 looks like it has no extra room for text. Could be reworded to Infrastructure condition deteriorates to make it fit.
