10 months ago Mailbox upgrade: I can only see one lvl, adds a wall of mailboxes on the first floor for every apartment including yours, perhaps a higher level could have a personal mailbox next to each doors.
Trashbin upgrade: lvl 1 dedicated trash container outside, lvl 2 trashbins on each floor, with optional recycling variant that allows to set a dedicated rule to force recyling in the tenement, lvl 3 central trash chute in the basement.
ability to turn apartment 2 into community/social room for tenants
just a few upgrades for your tenement that i feel like would fit pretty well
internet: lvl 1 would be your stealing internet from your neighbors lvl 2 would be your own router system lvl 3 would be your own sever, the benefit would be that you can access the internet from a laptop or computer with that youll be able to order items/furniture (youll need your debit card to buy anything online) basicly a way to buy stuff from a none randomized shop
community garden: lvl 1 simple patch of dirt with a makeshift fence lvl 2 a much large area with an irrigation system lvl 3 a small greenhouse. with this your tenements could plant and harvest anything they want from the garden, in turn they would donate seeds and money to a small donation box near the garden (theres a chance that the gardens produce will be stollen from none tenements but with each upgrade that chance will lessen)
ferry service: lvl 1 a dinky rowboat lvl 2 a boat with a moter. general idea of this is that some ppl dont work in the front area of obenseuer some work in the bazar and cant really make the commute / unwilling to go though the checkpoint so they would need a ride back and forth. player use it would unlock fast travel between areas that have access to water at the cost of alot of time with lvl 1 and fuel for lvl 2
laundry room: lvl 1 makeshift wash buckets lvl 2 washing machine and dryers, pretty self explanatory part of the basement is turned into a laundry room for your tenements to use, you would also be able to use it to clean your clothes and such when the clothing system is implemented
